Change-of-mind returns are honored when merchandise remains factory sealed, cosmetically consistent with listing photos, and postmarked within fourteen calendar days of carrier delivery confirmation. Email support first—unauthorized packages slow reconciliation. After we issue an RMA, the goods must arrive back in Virginia within fourteen days or the ticket may expire.
Approved refunds settle within five to seven business days of warehouse receipt, routed automatically to the original tender. Banks may add stealth pending periods beyond our control. Outbound shipping is non-creditable unless we mis-picked, the parcel arrived destroyed, or authenticity failed—those scenarios receive full reimbursement inclusive of freight.
Document exterior box crush, inner padding failure, and product condition within forty-eight hours of delivery—wide-angle and macro shots accelerate carrier claims. We will advance a prepaid label or replacement inventory when liability is clear. Separately, if grading experts or factory comparisons prove inauthenticity, the authenticity clause supersedes standard restocking rules.
Any SKU whose factory seal, shrink, or tamper-evident sticker is broken—booster packs, display boxes, ETBs, theme decks—becomes final sale because outcomes cannot be unseen. Mystery bundles, stored-value gift cards, and digital entitlements share the same finality to deter speculative arbitrage.
Unless we issued a prepaid label, you fund the ride back. Always ship with tracking, signature when warranted, and declared value matching the insured amount—lost mystery packages are not our liability. Keep drop-off receipts until the refund posts.
